Little Brown's Friend, Blondy.

In my previous post, you saw little mr. adorable brown-haired one year old and his total BFF, mr. blondie.

Here they are again.

After little brown was done with his session and we got them together, we did little mr. blue-eyed blondie's session. And his cute hat, of course. :)

We had a great time and I am so glad that we could capture these memories of these two little buddies together. I just wonder.... In 17 or so years, will they hire me to do a joint senior picture session? I did this with my own cousin/best friend in the world and we wore the coolest matching bibs you could ever imagine!!! The pictures are just too cool to share here....haa.

*On a business note... Again, thank you for your patience for those of you who are waiting for your images. I will be running slightly over my quoted time of 3 weeks on my upcoming edits. Due to a large volume of requests for photos this fall, I have been pretty busy shooting and editing. In addition to this, I am dealing with a major bout of inflammation in many of my joints. It has gotten so bad I reluctantly had to cancel a newborn session this morning. I was sad to miss out on photographing this little bundle fresh out of the oven. Myself and my doctors are trying to get to the bottom of this. Prayerfully, it will subside soon and I can get back to keeping up with my two little boys and all your photos. Rest assured, I am confident that you will have your photos in time to make Christmas cards. Thank you, thank you for your continued patience. Extra prayers welcome here.

Stay tuned...lots of posts are on the way!

Up Close and Personal

I titled this post Up Close and Personal because that is how I felt after I looked at these images from a recent newborn session. From the adorabe older sister giving big slobbery kisses, to the dad's hard-working hands- this was a session about all the love they have for their newest little girl. The last image is my total favorite. You know what they say, "a picture says a thousand words".....

All Because Two People Fell In Love-the Uncut Version

I tend to really like the photographs that show life - unscripted. Photographs that pull the veiwer in and tell a bit of a story. The last session I shared with you here was of my brother's beautiful family. Today, I will bring you some of the out-takes from that session. I enjoyed these photos alot as they tell you a little bit more about this fun family. I hope you enjoy them too!
