My Blood

This next session holds a special place in my heart. For numerous reasons. Not only was I the luckiest photographer on the block to photograph this beautiful little girl. But...I am totally the luckiest auntie on the block in the world to get to call her my niece. She and I have a special bond and I know she knows just how much her Auntie Shannon loves her. This little girl is full of spunk, sweetness and sheer independence. It is really the perfect combination. Her big brohter and sister adore her and it is so fun watching them interact together. And as an added bonus, the pictures turned out amazing! So, there you go, just a few of the reasons this was one of my favorite sessions!

We started the session with just me and my girl. I convinced her mommy to let me take her by myself first and then she could bring the "big kids" over for the group photos.

Ok, this is one of my favorites. This picture says it all. The big brother and sister are trying to help her get into position for the photo. She's like, "no guys, i got this one." That's totally her, she's independent and confident in herself. And I love that for her!


And ohhhh...this last one should be on the cover of a magazine. Utterly angelic. Just like my sweet girl!
